Donna Rae Forte, 73, passed away June 9, 2011. She was born September 6, 1937 in Toledo, Ohio. Donna was preceded in death by mother Mildred (Bowers) O'Connell; and siblings, Alice, Helen and Jack. She is survived by children, Nicki (Erik) King, Tony (Mellissa) Forte and Tomi (Rodd) Forte-Carmean; sister, Jean Malloy; grandchildren, Jennifer, Spencer, Aaren, Dakotah, Jenna, Bayley, Lucas, Ava and Anthony. Donna was adored and revered by her children. She was their rock and their love for her has followed her to heaven above where she is finally with her loving mother, Mid. Donna was an exceptional dancer, loved flea market shopping with her grandchildren, informercial shopping at night- a night owl to the core, and was fiercely devoted to her family. She was beautiful inside and out and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. As Donna requested to specifically have no funeral home service, a private dinner will be held at her request.
