Donna Marie Woofter, 74, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away February 14, 2022. She was born on February 15, 1947 in Knott, Kentucky to the late Delmar and Druthie (Slone) Sexton.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 31 years, James B. Woofter; children, Henry Clay Watson III, Carol Ann Watson; siblings, Joyce Bates, Lester Sexton, Darvin Sexton, Sue Bergman.
Surviving family includes, daughters, Evelyn (Jerry) Leslein, Nancy (Terry) Marcum; grandchildren, Joshua, Brandon (August), Cassandra (Cody), Sean (Haleigh), Zachary, Carolann, Jacob, Celeste, Lindsey, Nicholas, Cierra, Madilyn; five great-grandchildren (with one on the way); siblings, Liza (Ron) Jarrell, Mary (Eugene) Lang, Delmar (Helen) Sexton Jr., Ron (Karen) Sexton and many family members and friends.
Visitation will be held from 11am to 1pm on Wednesday February 23, 2022 at Leave a Mark Church in Columbus. Funeral services will follow. Burial will follow at Fernwood Cemetery.
