He was born on January 12, 1966 in Columbus, Ohio to Willis Ulery and Jenny Wood.
Donnie is preceded in death by his father, Willis Ulery.
Donnie is survived by mother, Jenny Wood; significant other, Heide Crippen; mother of his children, Angie Whitney; sons, Dylan (Marissa) Whitney, Eion (Alesha) Lowery, Derek Whitney, Devin Ulery; grandchildren, Nevaeh, James, Olivia, Josephine; sisters, Deborah (Fritz) Belcher, Darla (Dan) Dickson and a host of family and friends.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, January 8, 2023 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm and Monday, January 9, 2023 from 12:00pm to 2:00pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43231. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 9, 2023 at 2:00 pm also at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel. He will be laid to rest at Northlawn Memory Gardens.
The family would like to encourage friends and family to wear OSU and Steelers gear/colors to the visitation and service, as those were Donnie's favorite teams.
