Dora M. "Jo" Butz, 86 of Columbus, April 29, 2012, at First Community Village. Born July 27, 1925 in Athens County. Retired from Lazarus Department Stores. Survived by children Judie (Jerry) Crotty, Richard Kettell, Stephen Kettell who met her in heaven the next day, Jeff (Carol) Kettell, Vicky (Jack) Koetz, Wendell (Sharon) Butz and Joy Sullivan. Grandchildren Jerry, Amanda, Adrienne, Jan, Rick, Kevin, Stephanie, Susan, Holly, Shelly, Dusty, Nicole, Mary, John, James, special friends Mary and Terry Blizzard and Judy Carawan, 29 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and more friends than can be counted because she never met a stranger. Preceded in death by husband Ronald Butz in 1999. Friends may visit Friday, May 4, 6-8p.m. and Saturday, May 5, 2-3:30pm when a memorial service will be held at 3:30pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a charity of your choice.
