Doris M. Puckett, 74, of Orient, OH passed away March 7, 2012. She was born in Grayson, KY on June 10, 1937. She was preceded in death by her parents, Watts and Edna Huffman, husband, Carl E. Puckett, daughter, Sandra L. Bartrum, son, Richard Huffman and sister, Hazel "Tootsie" Budd.
Surviving family includes, daughter, Deborah K. (David) Sheldon, son, Mark A. (Pamela) Puckett, sisters, Betty McLees, Katherine "Cookie" Robinson, daughter-in-law, Rosie Huffman, son-in-law, Rick Bartrum, grandchildren, Angela Adam, Jason Bays, Heather Bays, Richard "Ricky" Huffman, Jessica Fleece, Lindsey Puckett, David Sheldon and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00pm, Monday, March 12, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral services will be conducted 4:00pm, following the visitation. Burial will be at 2:00pm, Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Womack Cemetery, Grayson, KY.
