Dorothy Carpenter

Dorothy Carpenter, 80+, of Grove City, OH passed away July 31, 2012. She was born in Printer, KY on January 13, 1926 to Jay and Rebecca (Spurlock) Hunter, who preceded her in death along with her two husbands, Robert Stump and Bill Carpenter.

Surviving family includes, daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Glenn Clark Jr., grandchildren, Desere Mumford and Glenn Clark III, great-grandchildren, Justin Endicott, Corbett Endicott, Shadow Clark, Abigail Clark. She loved going to Evans Senior Center in Grove City with all of her friends. Dorothy was a waitress at many restaurants and a cook at Federal Glass.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00pm, Thursday, August 2, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where funeral services will be conducted at 10:00am, Friday, August 3, 2012. Entombment will follow in Sunset Mausoleum, Galloway, OH.
