Dorothy M. McManaway, 85, passed away Friday, May 4, 2012 surrounded by her loving family.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years James C., mother, Sarah Roese, father, Snow Poling, brothers, Pete, Floyd "Butch", Harold, Dick and best friend Lloyd Wynn. Surviving family includes, children, Ralph (Velma) McManaway, Patricia Barnes, Barbara, Helen (Richard) Hanes, sisters, Edie (Kenny) Conley, Mary Nemit, brother, Herb Poling, 8 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild and special girls, Toni and Janie. Dorothy was a homemaker and a member of the Eastern Star for 49 years.
Visitation will be held from 11:00am to 1:00pm, Monday, May 7, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH with funeral services starting at 1:00pm, following the visitation. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Columbus, OH.
