Dorothy McConnell, 91, of Columbus, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2013 at Mayfair Village Nursing Home.
She was born May 18, 1921 in Dennison, OH, daughter of the late James and Pearl Mathias Hill.
In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, James McConnell; sister, Ruth Kinsey and nephew, Robert Kinsey.
She was a member of the Dennison Presbyterian Church. Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Jadean (Jerry) Hopper; grandchildren, Tracy (Matt) Jeffers and Jeffrey Allen Hopper; great grandson, Zach Jeffers.
Graveside service will be Friday, January 11, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Union Cemetery, 227 W. Seventh St. Uhrichsville, OH.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Association, 2800 Corporate Exchange Dr. Columbus, OH 43231.
