Dorothy J. Richardson, 88, of Galloway, Ohio, went to be with the Lord and to join her husband and daughter Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at Mt. Carmel West. Dorothy was born August 6, 1920 in London, Ohio to the late Chester and Catherine Creasap. She was a graduate of West High School. In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Bobby Richardson; infant daughter, Lora Richardson; sisters, Naomi and Gwen; brother, Chet; and son in-law Jerry Izzard. Dorothy was the loving mother of Cheryl Izzard, Vicki (Darrell) Cramblit and Bob (Cindy) Richardson. Dorothy is also survived by grandchildren, Tracey, Julie, Chad, Katie, and Holly; great grandchildren, Garrett, Nate, Olivia, Karlee, and Jerry. Visitation will be held Sunday, October 19, 2008 from 5:00PM-8:00PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 20, 2008 at 1:00PM at the funeral home. Rev. Scott Carr officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, Ohio. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association
