Dorothy A. Taylor

Dorothy Ann "Dottie" Taylor, at age 76 went home to be with the Lord, January 6, 2022. Dottie was born on January 18, 1945 in Columbus, Ohio. Preceded in death by her husband, Ralph E. Taylor Jr. (married 52 years); father, Emerson Massie; brother, Joe. Survived by sons Jeffrey, wife Kristi, of Grove City, OH and Stephen, wife Mary Nicole of Knoxville, TN; grandchildren, Rachel, Luke, Kaleigh, Carson and Braden; mother, Rose Massie; brothers: John, wife Ronda, Mark, wife Carolyn; sisters, Margaret, husband Robert, Susan, Gayle, Angela and husband Tim.

Dottie worked in her church during her life as a Sunday school teacher, director of Vacation Bible School, painted scenery for plays at Christmas, Director of Children's Sunday school, and worked with the youth group. She was a member of Highland Baptist Church since April 10, 1977.

Retired from Southwestern City School as a Librarian, after 32 years.

Visitation Wednesday, January 12, 2022 from 5-8pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 10am at Highland Baptist Church, 3640 Hoover Rd., Grove City, OH 43123. Interment to follow at Concord Cemetery (new), Grove City, OH.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dottie's name to Highland Baptist Church.
