Dorothy Whittier, 84, of Lancaster, formerly of Westerville, passed away Saturday, July 28, 2007 at Lanfair Nursing Home. She was born August 12, 1922, in Columbus. Dorothy is preceded in death by Russell Allen Whittier; son, John Patrick Still; granddaughter, Tereasa (Ruddick) Still. She retired from Otterbein College. Dorothy is survived by her sons, Billy (Betty) Whittier, Danny (Jill) Whittier, Johnny (Diane) Whittier, Ed Butch (Judy) Still, Albert E. (Annette) Still Jr.; daughters, Maryann (Benny) Calcara, Beverly Chaffin; stepdaughter, Joy (Allen) Harvey; special granddaughter, Cheryl (Tony) Webber; grandchildren, Jenee (Greg Dean) Whittier, Jacob Whittier, Tina Davis, Cathy Whittier, Russell Whittier, Nicholas (Ann) Calcara, Benjamin (Jennifer) Calcara, Tara Whittier, Shane Whittier, Ed Still Jr., John Still, Bonnie (Dan) Bowes and Bonita Marie Still and numerous great grandchildren; special friend, Brenda Bergerson. Visitation will be Monday, July 30, 2007 from 3:00-5:00 PM at Tabernacle of David Church, 1210 Sheridan Drive Lancaster, with the funeral service begininng at 5:00 PM.
