Dorothy I. (Beltz) Yocca, 88, passed away on March 10, 2012 with her son by her side. She was born on February 8, 1924 in Somerset, PA to Calvin and Elizabeth Beltz.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond of over 60 years. She is survived by her son Jeffrey (Linda) Yocca, daughters, Beth (Jeff) Beatty, and Becky (Chuck) Cicerchi, grandchildren, Nicholas, Anna Marie, Alaina, Christopher, Ali, Andrew, Caroline and great-granddaughter, Lola Ann, sister, Betty Patrick and brother, Calvin (Rita) Beltz.
Our mom never met a stranger. She lived her life to take care of others and always looked for the best in everyone. Dorothy was a wave in the U.S. Navy World War II veteran.
The family is planning a private memorial service at a later date. Messages of condolence may be shared with the family at www.NewcomerColumbus.com.
