Dorsey W. Schlaegel

Dorsey W. Schlaegel, age 87, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2005 in Centerburg, Ohio. He was born on May 19, 1918 in Lesage, W.V. He retired from Union Pacific/Metlife Hospital and A.B.M. Security Services. Mr. Schlaegel is preceded in death by parents George and Goldia Schlaegel; brothers, Ira and Roscoe and a sister Juanita Schlaegel. He is survived by brothers Dave and Luther (Ilene) Schlaegel and many nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00a.m., with a funeral service starting at 11:00a.m., Wednesday, August 17, 2005 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus, Ohio. Reverend Doug Nault will be officiating. Interment will follow at Eastlawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Dorsey's name to Creek County Senior Nutrition Program, 803 S.
