Douglas Frank Lowery

The man we knew as Frank or Frankie. He was a man small in stature, but big in heart. If you needed help, he never made excuses. He would jump right in to help if there was a dirty job to be done; he would say, "I got it". He made things easy for everyone wherever he went. He was always ready to help everyone he met. He was important family to all of his friends, extended family, and people he met through his days. He will be greatly missed by all who he touched. If there was a need in heaven for something to be fixed, it can be assured Frankie is the one fixing it right now.

So Long Frank, We will miss you a lot. Your family and friends.
