Douglas Allen McCandlish, 51, of Columbus, passed away November 5, 2009. He was preceded in death by his father, Verne and sister, Vicki Riffle. He is survived by his mother, Donna; brothers, Brian, Greg (Pam); sister, Sharon Eberhard, all of Columbus; brother, Scott (Carrie) of Pickerington; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. He worked in drywall for 30 years and was an avid NASCAR fan. Visitation, Tuesday, November 10, 2009 from 6-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, OH. Funeral Service, Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at 10 AM, also at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estate, Reynoldsburg, OH.
