Douglas M. Swisher

Douglas M. Swisher, 79, of Westerville, OH passed away January 3, 2025.

Douglas was born April 19, 1945 in Chicago, IL to Douglas and Sarah (Prickett) Swisher.

He proudly served in the United States Army for several years. Douglas graduated from Ohio State University. He greatly enjoyed collecting coins, stamps and postcards. Douglas was an accomplished writer with several poems published. He enjoyed listening to music and spending time with his family and friends. He was employed by the Department of Defense, the U. S. Department of HUD as an Economist and the Ritter company as a Realtor. 

Douglas will be deeply missed by a number of loyal friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Douglas and Sarah Swisher.
