Dwayne (D.J.) Swartzlander, 28, of Columbus, Tuesday, June 25, 2002, died in fatal car accident. Preceeded in death by his father, Howard Leroy Swartzlander. Survived by his wife, Julie (Treadway) and children James and Peyton; parents Jeanette and George Bush; brothers Christopher (Beth) Swartzlander, Michael (Tracy) Bush, and Robert Bush; sister Penny (Mike) Davis; niece and nephews Kayleigh, Kyle and Nathan, and many other family members and friends.
