Dwight Wilbur Richardson, "Big D", "Bubbles", 79, of Groveport, Ohio took his first breath in heaven on Sunday, May 16.
Dwight was retired from Riverside United Methodist Church and 5th Avenue United Methodist Church where he served as the custodian and maintenance coordinator. He also formerly served as a board member for Crossroads Community Church. In his spare time, he loved watching and riding trains with family and friends, watching OSU football with family, traveling, softball, bowling, fellowshipping over a good meal, singing hymns and oldies but goodies, and watching his beloved pup Bandit and Grandcat Rebel chase each other around the house.
He loved listening to Charles Stanley while singing and worshipping the Lord with his wife of 59 years, Gloria Richardson (Culp). After accepting the Lord as his personal Savior, at the Billy Graham Crusade in 1964, he knew he wanted to tell others the Good News.
Dwight knew no strangers and he shared his love for the Lord with everyone who crossed his path. If you know the Lord, please help Dwight continue his legacy by sharing the Good News with someone today.
"God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, Jesus Christ, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life." John 3:16
