E. Theodore Byers

E. Theodore Byers, DBA Bill Johnson, 75, of Columbus, passed away at Grant Medical Center on November 3, 2010. He was born on May 12, 1935 in Chauncey, OH to Evelyn Louise Byers Carsey. He worked as a sign fabricator. Survivors include, wife, Linda Byers, sons, George Byers, Ted Jr. (Shelley) Byers, Troy Byers, daughter, Terri Byers, sister, Barbara Dement (Dave Fields), brother-in-law, Ray Dement, grandchildren, Eva (Brad), Duane Lee, Dusty, Ted III, Jayden, Alaina, Christopher, Cathleen, Tristian, Jessica and 5 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Elden was preceded in death by his parents and son, Duane Byers. Visitation will held from 2-5PM, Sunday, November 7, 2010 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, OH. Funeral services will be at 11AM, Monday, November 8, 2010 at the funeral home. Interment will be at Greenlawn Cemetery.
