Earl Fredrick Harris, 84, passed away peacefully in his home on Tuesday, July 19, 2022.
He was born on March 5, 1938 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Earl Harris, Sr. and Lola Mae Harris.
Earl is preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer Harris; sisters, Florene Harris, Betty Harris, Audrey Harris, and Barbara Harris.
Earl is survived by his wife of 43 years, Cynthia Harris; children, Earl (Tamara) Harris, Jr., Melissa (Mario Hayward) Harris; grandchildren, Ashley Harris, Chovonne Harris, Bethany Scott, Ginger (Justin) Davis, Lawrence (Sara) Pride, LaAnder (Brittany) Harris, Lloyd Harris, Lamar Harris, LaDonna Harris, Lareeca Harris, Lydonn Harris, Preston Hayward, Alayna Hayward; brother, Michael (Eileen) Harris; sisters, Diane Harris, Michelle Harris, Elaine Harris, ten great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43231. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at 1:00pm at Eastwood Seventh-day Adventist Church, 6400 S. Sunbury Rd, Westerville, OH, 43081. He will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens on Friday, July 29, 2022 at 2:30pm.
