Edgar Fairley

Edgar Lee Fairley, 68, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 13, 2005. Retired, dedicated employee of Local Ironworkers #172 after many years. He is preceded in death by his father, John C. Fairley and father-in-law, Jeffrey Bellamy. Survived by loving wife of 27 years, Shirley S. Fairley; mother, Myrtle Fairley; mother-in-law, Amelia Bellamy; children, Michael Cappanzzi, Tracy Lee (Larry) Hurt, Eric Fairley, Shereika (Tracy) Peaks, Danilla (Juan) Elmore, Jason N. Fairley and Esther Fairley; 11 grandchildren whom he loved dearly; brothers, Joe Louis (Mary Ruth), Samuel (Charline), Shirley (Linda) and Howard (Julie) Fairley; sisters, Irene Jones, Gilda (Ceroy) Jefferson and Joyce (Ken) Harrington; a host of nieces, nephews and other special family and friends. A viewing will be held from 2:00-6:00pm, Sunday, December 18th, 2005 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus, Ohio. Services will be held at 1:00p.m., Monday, December 19th, 2005 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, 2500 McCutcheon Rd., Columbus, Ohio 43219 with a viewing one hour prior to the service.
