Edith M. Capocciama, 82, of Columbus, OH, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at home on July 26, 2012. She was born in Sago, WV on October 1, 1929. She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Julia (Hoover) Howes, granddaughter, Tian (Capocciama) Montgomery, sisters, Mildred Howes Tenney, Rita Sue Howes, brothers, James and Charles Howes.
Surviving family includes loving husband of 58 years, Dominic , children, Teresa, Daniel, Rita Klotz, Christina, Peter (Linda) , Dominic (Sharon), LuAnn (Richard) Justman, sisters, Lillian Tenney, Elizabeth Cline, Joann (Ronald) Grubb, Rita (Edward) Sleusser, half-sister, Elouise (Carroll) Chapman, sister-in-law, Beverly Howes, brother, Curtis (Virginia) Howes, half-brothers, Thomas (Della) Howes, Keith Howes, 18 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 7 step great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00pm, Sunday, July 29, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3303 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where funeral services will be held at 10:30am, Monday, July 30, 2012 at the funeral home.
Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Lockbourne, OH.
