Elaine Hewson Stephens, 76, of Grove City, passed away January 4, 2006. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter J. Stephens II and her parents Harry E. and Kathryn A. (Reeves) Hewson. Elaine is survived by her sons, Walter "Steve" (Connie) Stephens, William Edward "Bill" (Annette) Stephens; grandchildren, Danielle, Ashley, Corey, Christopher; brother, Bill (Jean) Hewson and sister, Ginny (Chuck) Slagle. Elaine was a member of St. Anne's Anglican Church and a graduate of South High School where she remained active in alumni affairs. Visitation will be held 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00PM Sunday, January 8, 2006 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Monday, January 9, 2006 at St. Anne's Anglican Church 3150 Demorest Rd., Grove City, Ohio. The Rev. Charles F. Slagle will be officiating with entombment at Green Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Anne's Anglican Church P.O. Box 210, 3959 Hoover Rd., Grove City, Ohio or American Diabetes Association 471 E. Broad St. Columbus, Ohio 43215. Messages of condolence may be left at www.newcomerfamily.com
