Elbridge Huffard Dalton
January 11, 1941 — January 22, 2024
Elbridge (Huff) Dalton, 83, of Columbus, Ohio formerly of Martin County, Kentucky, passed away Monday, January 22, 2024 peacefully at his residence.
He is survived by wife Bonnie, son Howard (Greg), granddaughter Krystle (Brian), great grandchildren Kylie, Cameron, Ethan, Bryson.
He is proceeded in death by parents, Frank and Nona Dalton, stepson Kevin Horn, brothers Howard, Tommy, Granthan, Martin, Francis, and William Dalton, sisters Alma, Ellen, Mary, Theresa and Betty.
He proudly served in the United States Marine Corp for 30 years then continued to work for DCSC for an additional 6 years. He retired in 1995. He was a member, past Commander and Canteen Manager of the American Legion Post 144. Lifetime member of AmVets Post 1312. Lifetime member of VFW 3424. He loved his family and his country. He will be greatly missed.
