Elizabeth "Betty" Jane Ruffing was born May 13, 1938 and passed away May 29, 2011. Betty was a 1961 graduate of Grant School of Nursing, she went on to further her nursing career at OSU Hospital for 25 years. Preceded in death by parents, Lawrence O. and Emma Margaret Ruffing. Betty is survived by brothers, Bill, Nick (Georgia) and Dick (Linda) Ruffing; and loving nieces , nephews, great nieces, great nephew, family and friends. There will be no services as per Betty's wishes and any donations may be made to the Franklin County Animal Shelter in Betty's name.
