Ella Mae Hinkle, 87, Columbus, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2013, surrounded by her loving family. Ella was born in Martin County, KY to John and Grace Frazier and is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earl Hinkle; son, Curtis Hinkle; brother, John Frazier; sisters, Ethel Johnson, Edna Case and Hazel Lacey.
Survivors include her daughters, Connie S. Boyles, Anna L. Allen and Mary E. (Patrick) Burke; son, Danny E. Hinkle; brother, Roy (Nancy) Frazier; 14 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 21 great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Ella was an active member of AmVets Post 89.
Family and friends will gather on Sunday, October 13, 2013, 2-5 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Monday, October 14, 2013, 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Obetz Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 1379 Dublin Road, Columbus, OH 43215.
