Ellen was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Hulda Geneva Downey.
She is survived by loving husband, Richard Evans, sisters, Jane Markley, Carol Lyn (Carl) Johnson, Lisa (Occie) Jennings and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, December 6, 2012 at Alton Cemetery.
