Elmer Hoy, 57, of Columbus, OH passed away May 12, 2013. He was born in Columbus on October 10, 1955.
Elmer worked at Columbus Coal and Lime for many years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and June Hoy and brother Neal Hoy.
Surviving family includes, wife, Sandra Hoy, children, Jeffrey Hoy, Bryan Collins, brothers, Charles (Debra) Hoy, Terry (Tammy) Hoy, sisters, Robin (Ronny) Justice, Sandy Willey, JoEllen Hoy, Jen Hoy, 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00pm, Friday, May 17, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Sandra would like to give a special thank you to her niece Crystal Cadwell for all of her help and love that she gave the family.
