Elsie F. Fisher, 92, of Westerville, passed away Friday, November 2, 2007 at Manor Care of Westerville. She was born December 5, 1914, in Philadelphia, Pa., daughter of the late Albert and Emma Ashton Reisman. In addition to her parents, Elsie is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence A. Fisher and sister Viola. She is survived by her daughters, Joann Barstow, Peggy Smith and Betty Jane Fisher; sister, Esther Maupin; eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and many special friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 6, 2007 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home N.E. Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, with the funeral service following visitation. Interment will be in Blendon Central Cemetery. Messages of condolence may be left at ww.NewcomerFamily.com
