Emma L. Riggs, 91, of Bowling Green Township, Licking County, passed away on November 2, 2012.
She was born in Stephens, KY on April 19, 1921.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ira P. and Nancy Ison, husband, Carl E. Riggs, 7 brothers, 1 sister and son-in-law, Bob. Surviving family include, children, Nancy Williams, Jack E. (Shirley) Riggs, many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and sisters, Vesta White, Madeline Johnson, Claudia Mitchell.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00pm, Monday, November 5, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30am, Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
