Eric Allen Townsend, 46, of Westerville, Ohio, passed away November 8, 2021.
He was born in Westerville, Ohio on October 11th, 1975 to Sidney Townsend and Robin (Cottingham) Fife
.
He is preceded in death by his loving mother, Robin; grandparents, Franklin and Dorothy Townsend, and Donald and Marjorie Tinker; and life partner, Brandy Foster.
Surviving family includes children, Kyle Beckner, Kiersten (JayJay) Townsend, Chase Townsend, Alexis Townsend; parents, Sidney (Bonnie) Townsend; siblings, John Dudley Townsend, Marjorie (Steve) Johnson, Carmen (Don) Townsend-Potts, Rebecca (Patrick) Palmer, Kelly Gibbons, Michelle (Scott) Smith.
Eric was and amazing father, who loved his children very much and would do anything for them.
He was an expert in construction, landscaping and roofing.
Eric enjoyed skateboarding and loved all types of music.
He was a family man and his memory will live on through them.
A Visitation will be held on Friday, November 19th, 2021 from 10:00am to 12:00 pm with a Memorial Service immediately following, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus - OH 43231.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Eric's name to Mary Haven.
