Ersie Jean Overly age 65 of Columbus passed away Sunday, June 1, 2003 at Traditions Nursing Home, Gahanna. Preceded in death by parents Sam (Frances) Dalton brother Willis and sister Garnet. Survived by children Mark Overly and Kim Vanorman, Tina Tanski and John Powers, Melody (Christopher) Wyatt; grandchildren Joshua, Amber, Katie and Nick; brothers Sam Dalton, Willard (Linda)Dalton, Marvin (Pam)Dalton; sister Blanche (Herb) Choate, Ruth (Jack) Hartman, Ruby Stepp, Ann (Gorm) Tackett, Lori (Ray) Frye and Judy Tackett. Visitation Tuesday 5-8 PM at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road. Columbus. Funeral service Wednesday 10 AM at the funeral home. Pastor Robert D. Owens officiating.
