Ernest Pace Jr., 71, of Columbus, passed away Friday, March 5, 2010 at First Community Village. He was born September 3, 1938, in Columbus, son of the late Ernest and Catherine Wirth Pace Sr. Ernest is survived by his wife, Carol May Pace; daughters, Denise (Don) Madden, Penny George, Robin Kerns, Barbara (Tim) Shamblen, Rhonda (Randy) Horn and Bobbie (Doug) Hubbard; eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Memorial service will be Thursday, March 11, 2010 at 2:00 PM at First Community Village, 1800 Riverside Dr. Columbus, OH 43212. Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Road Columbus. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to First Community Village.
