Ester "Eck" Parrott, 74, of Columbus, passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He was born March 15, 1933, in Columbus, son of the late John and Madge Messer Parrott. In addition to his parents, Ester is preceded in death by a brother and five sisters. He served in the Army during the Korean Conflict. Ester is survived by his wife, Wanda Flowers Parrott; sons, Jeffrey and Del (Michele) Parrott; daughters, Bunny Lynn Parrott, Tresa (James) James and Kelly Parrott; brothers, Henry and Harry; sisters, Gladys, Elizabeth and Marie; special grandson, Dylan Parrott and thirteen additional grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren and close family and friends. Visitation will be Monday, June 25, 2007 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home N.E. Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus. Funeral service will be Tuesday, June 26, 2007 at 12:00 PM with visitation one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Messages of condolence may be left at www.NewcomerFamily.com
