Esther Jacobs, age 68, passed away Sunday, December 19, 2004 at St. Ann's Hospital. Preceded in death by her husband Dan; parents Charles and Nora (Slone) Thacker. Survived by sons, Warren (Joyce), Howard, Keith, Mitch, Daniel (Carla); daughters, Octavia Slayton, Sue (Bub) Clark, Margie (Jeff) Clark, Tammi (Steve) Snodgres, Charlia Kantor and Tom Reeves; brothers, Copper, Whitie, Ed, Dan Thacker; sister, Mildred; 35 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday 5-8 PM at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus. Funeral service will be Thursday 10 AM at the Harlem Church of Christ in Christian Union 11229 Gorsuch Road, Galena, Pastor John Little officiating. Interment Mifflin Cemetery, Gahanna.
