Eugenia Maria Riccardi

Eugenia Maria Riccardi, known to her loved ones as "Genia," passed away on May 15th, 2023 at the age of 66 in Columbus, Ohio. She was a loving mother, devoted grandma, selfless care giver, and a hard worker.
She was born on March 22nd, 1957 in Columbus, Ohio to Virginia Brunswick and Eugene Riccardi. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Ricky Riccardi and Fred Riccardi.
Genia attended Northland High School and was a proud alumna. She worked for Sedgwick's IT department for over 20 years.
She throughly enjoyed being a grandma to Nori & Charlotte, she loved cooking large pots of pasta sauce and she also loved to garden and had quite the green thumb.
She will be deeply missed by her surviving family, including her son Louie, her daughter Deonna, Deonna's husband Issac, her son Rory and Rory's wife Molly.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 6:00 to 8:00pm, Friday, May 19, 2023 at Newcomer Funeral Home, NW Chapel, 10051 Brewster Lane, Powell, OH 43065.
