Evelyn (Vitale) Bailey, 80, of Johnstown, passed away August 18, 2022. Evelyn was born July 5, 1942 in Columbus, OH to Angelo and Rose (Tedeschi) Vitale.
Evelyn will be deeply missed by her; children Becky (Mike) Brenning, Eddie (Beth) Jr.; grandchildren Blaire (Will) Lemen, Mackenzie and Mallory Bailey, A. J. Ross; great-grand Jacob Lemen; sister Angela "Angie" Carfagna, sisters-in-law Barbara "Sissy" Powell, Brenda Bailey, Mary Lou (Rick) Clark along with many nieces and nephews.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband Roy, parents Angelo and Rose Vitale, mother-in-law and father-in-law Eloise and James Bailey, brothers-in-law Pierino Carfagna, Dean and Jeff Bailey.
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 24, 2022, from 6pm to 8pm at Newcomer NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd. Columbus.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, August 25 at 10am at Church of the Ascension 555 S. Main St. Johnstown, with Father Stephen Smith officiating.
Burial will be at Jersey Township Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Alzheimer's Association.
