Ferris Dickerson

Born to the union of Roger and Jessie Dickerson. He is preceded by both parents, brother Richard and sister Ginger. Ferris leaves behind to cherish his memory wife Marcella, sisters Delores and Sondra (Milford), sons Ferris Jr., Brian, Craig and Eric (Cheryl), daughters Desiree, Lynne (James), Susette (Terry) and Tanesha, a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Ferris retired with 45 yrs of service from Grant Hospital. People often speak of how "great" a person was after they pass, in this instance "great" is far too meager of a word to describe the impact Ferris had on everyone's life he touched. God truly blessed us all with his presence and now he's called him home. Ferris will be greatly missed. The memorial service will be held on December 9 2003 at Newcomer-Farley funeral home, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. The family will meet and greet beginning at 1:00pm with services beginning at 3:00pm.
