Florence E. Anderson

Florence Elizabeth (Starks) Anderson, 80, passed away April 17, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alan C. Anderson; her parents, Marion Vinson and Nellie Irene Starks; 1 sister; 1 brother; and 2 sons. Survived by 5 children; 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 1 brother-in-law; 6 sisters-in-law and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio and later moved to Columbus, Ohio.

She was a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved spending time with family traveling, camping, fishing, cooking, and sports.

She attended Oakley Full Gospel Baptist Church where she loved to serve the Lord. She served as a pastoral aide, a nurse, and an usher.

Visitation Saturday, April 27, 2024 from 10am until the time of Funeral Service at 11am at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Interment to follow at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens in Canal Winchester, OH.
