Florence "Bonnie" Elnora Asher, 85, of Columbus, passed away Saturday, November 10, 2007. Bonnie was born in Lonaconing, Maryland to parents, Joseph and Edna Wilkes. Bonnie loved to sing and dance. Bonnie was preceded in death by daughter, Beth Cline; sister, Carol; and brothers, Leroy Wilkes and Joseph Elwood Wilkes. Bonnie is survived by her husband of 53 years, Louis Asher; daughters, Sandy (Dennis) Jolly and Laura (Vern) Asher; sons, Tom (Loretta) Asher, and Rod (Pam) Asher; sisters, Thelma Hanson, Cleo Taylor, Doris Kelly, and Ilene Kelly; grandchildren, Tommy, Tracy, Sherry, Tamara, Harold, Angie, Jennifer, Samantha, and Dalton; several great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; several nieces and nephews; and many friends. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 13, 2007 from 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Eastlawn Cemetery.
