Forest E. Carter, 91, passed away in Grove City on July 12, 2022. He is preceded by his parents, Floyd and Goldie Carter; daughter, Joyce (Curtis) Aitken. Forest is survived by wife of 71 years, Mary K. Carter; granddaughter, Shannon Moore; grandson, Anthony Aitken; great-granddaughter, Cheyenne Moore and great-grandsons, Kevin Gannon, Robert Aitken, Dylan Aitken.
Forest was a very simple man that enjoyed hunting, gardening and woodworking. He also liked playing the guitar and banjo and listening to country music.
Per his wishes, there will not be a public service.
