Foster Parsley, 88, of Obetz, OH passed away on November 13, 2012. He was born on January 22, 1924. He is preceded in death by his parents, George W. and Martha (Meade) Parsley.
Surviving family includes, wife, Evelyn, children, Robert R. (Wanda) Parsley, Charles E. (Ardith) Parsley, sister, Pauline, brothers, Garland, Carl, Ralph, grandchildren, Brenda, Melissa, Charles Edward II, Diana, great-grandchildren, Kristen, Kayle and Abbie.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00pm, Friday, November 16, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral services will be at 10:00am, Saturday, November 17, 2012 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Obetz Cemetery.
