Frances Cottrell, 71, of Westerville, passed away October 11, 2018.
Frances was born March 26, 1947 to John and Alice (Seeger) Millington.
She enjoyed playing baseball and all other sports. Frances loved to go camping with her family, gardening and flowers. She was married to Luther Cottrell for 38 years.
Frances will be deeply missed by her; daughter Andrea ; grandchildren; brothers Robert R. Millington, Frederick O. Millington, twin brother Frank Millington and numerous nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Sisters Ruth Rickets, Ann Stewart, Mary Church, Brothers John W., Ted, Billy.
Visitation will be Sunday, October 21, 2018 from 2pm to 6pm at Newcomer NE Chapel 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus.
Funeral services will be Monday, October 22, 2018 at 10am at Newcomer NE Chapel.
Burial will be at Dayton National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Stroke Foundation 6405 Metcalf Ave Suite 214 Overland Park, KS 66202.
