Frances Doughty, 65, of Grove City, went home to be with the Lord, August 5, 2007 after a brief illness. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother, whose family always came first. She was preceded in death by her two infant children, Matthew and Daniel; sister, Mary Price and brothers, Arthur, Edward and Thomas Davies. Frances is survived by her husband of 48 years, Darrell W. Doughty; children, Darrell (Annette), Timothy (Jeaniene), Michael (Lori); grandchildren, Darrell J., Trevor and Shelby; sister, Susie (Jeff) Kneisley; several nieces and nephews and life long friends, Richard and Becky Justus. Visitation will be held 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00PM Wednesday, August 8, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Funeral services will be held 10:00AM Thursday, August 9, 2007 at the funeral home. Pastor Clancey Cruise will be officiating with interment at Green Lawn Cemetery.
