Frances L. Neel, 80, Galena, OH, passed away peacefully Thursday, September, 13, 2012, surrounded by her loving family at Kobacker House. Frances was born in Pocahontas, VA on April 4, 1932, to Isaac and Nannie (Hellmondollar) Sayers and is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 62 years, William Roger Neel; 6 sisters and 3 brothers.

Survivors include her daughters, Lisa (Sandy Tippie) Neel and Kelly (Danny) Brown; son, Michael (Linda) Neel; sisters, Oceana Israel and Faye (Ken) Gilley; grandchildren, Michelle, Stephanie, Jason, Melisa, Melissa, James, Robert, Nick; 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September, 18, 2012, 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Wednesday, September, 19, 2012, 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
