Frances "Fran" K. Whipple, 74, passed away peacefully at her home on February 7, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ollie and Gideon Wallace; sister, Rosie Meade; son, Greg Wallace; and grandson Brad. Fran is survived by her husband of almost 50 years, Roy; sons, Roy Jr. (Lori) and Scott; daughter-in-law, Peggy Wallace; grandchildren, David, Katie, Clay, Carly and Caylee; great-grandchildren, Autumn, Trestan and Allyson. Fran enjoyed Longaberger baskets. Visitation Thursday, February 10, 2011 from 1-3 PM and 5 PM until the time of Funeral Service at 7 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Fran's memory to The Mount Carmel Hospice, C/O Mount Carmel Foundation, 6150 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43213-9924.
