Pearl "Frank" Decker, 66, of Columbus, OH passed away February 20, 2022. Frank was born on April 2, 1955 to Daniel and Anna (Tucker) Decker. He is survived by the love of his life Vicki Smith, brothers Arthur, George (Kim), Louis, step-children Kassandra (Brian) and Richard (Rita) along with many other family and friends. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, sister Ida, brothers Bill and Herbert. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 6pm to 8pm at Newcomer NE Chapel 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd. Columbus.
