Frank C. Horne Jr. age 64, passed away Sunday, June 13, 2004. He is survived by his mother Wilma Horne of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. By his wife Loretta; Son John (Michelle) Lewis of Richmond Virginia, Daughters Rachel (Rafael) Hernandez of Bloomington Indiana, Denise (Tommy) Riley of Raleigh North Carolina and Dawn Horne of Westerville Ohio; Brother Ralph Horne of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and Sister Patrice Potetz also of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania; Grandchildren Novlyne Hernandez, Ulysses Hernandez and Kayla Riley. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 Thursday June 17 at the
