Frank M. Howard, age 91, of Martin County, Kentucky passed away October 13, 2022.
Born on October 10th, 1931 to the late Elizabeth (DeLong) Howard and Benjamin Howard.
Preceded in death by sons Lyndel and Phillip Howard.
Survived by loving wife of 72 years Delia Howard and two daughters, Elaine (Donald) Stanley and Connie (Frank) Weimer. Special niece Shirley Davis; 10 wonderful grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 19th, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Thursday, October 20, 2022 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with Funeral Services immediately following. Burial will take place in procession to Lithopolis Cemetery.
