Gabriel R. Hauff

Gabriel Robert Hauff, age 20, of Westerville, Ohio, passed away October 10, 2021.

He is the eldest and only son of his parents Jeffrey and Audra (Clark) Hauff, and older brother to Hannah Hauff.

Gabriel was a graduate of Westerville North High School, where he enjoyed being a member of the theater troupe 3156.

He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Westerville, Ohio, where he was baptized and enjoyed being a part of the congregation.

He enjoyed volunteering his time to church services and activities.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Zeta and Ron Mills.

In addition to his loving parents, he is survived by his sister, Hannah; his beloved grandparents, Riley and Pam Clark of Sidney, Ohio; Aunt Nannette (Keith) Rudolph, Aunt Amy (Rob) Cook, Aunt Anne(Matt) Abbott of Sidney, Ohio and numerous cousins and friends.

Gabriel's hobbies were to hike, kayak, and play video games.

Gabriel's ambition was to join the military for educational goals.

Gabriel was known for his enormous heart and listening ear.

Gabriel was passionate about helping others so he knew he wanted to be an organ donor.

With the help of Lifeline of Ohio, he was able to donate his heart and save the life of a mother with two children.

In addition he saved six other lives with organ transplant donations and will help approximately fifty other lives with tissue and eye donations.

In lieu of flowers, Gabriel would ask for a memorial donation to be sent to the First Presbyterian Church of Westerville, 41 W. College Avenue, Westerville, Ohio 43081. Phone : (614) 882-3155.

Friends and family are invited to a Visitation at the First Presbyterian Church on Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm with a Prayer Service following at 3:30 pm also at the church.
